Life Lesson #1

Once a bar of soap has dropped in a shower
never ever pick it up...!!
as the faucet knobs are larking above
waiting quietly to put you out of your misery

before you know it...
you walk out with a different knob on your head >.<

Nike Zoom Soldier

Zoom Zoom Zoom....
*who can recite the brand of the ad!?*
did anyone say Mazda! WRONG!

~ ITS ~
The Nike Air Zoom Soulja! xD
more commonly known as Zoom Soldier haha
This is the Lebron Weapon!

King James has been wearing the Soldiers in every single game during the playoffs. He more commonly wears the White/Gold and the Navy/White/Gold(the ones i have)... the first game with the weapon Lebron led his Cleveland Cavaliers to an unforgettable playoff run, which led to the NBA Finals. He continued wearing the Soldier in the FIBA Americas Championship where he led the USA team to a perfect record en-route to a gold medal and a spot to compete in the 2008 Olympics.

Here he is wearing the White/Gold Version
Your Talking about a SHOE that has HISTORY tied to it...

Rating of the Shoe?
Its quite tight, and the straps actually work... great use!
Great ankle support, not particularly scared in rolling your ankle
Fabulous Cushion support...
Its actually an outdoor shoe but works just as well indoors...
Top critiqued...
And let me emphasize...
down in History!! xD

We are the Witnesses!! Tick for being Correct =D
~That is the Shoe you would wear to the Olympics if you were going~

and yes im wearing the shoes while writing this blog...

Tony Romas

About 1 week ago, trekked up to tony romas to enjoy their delicious award winning ribs...

However, before going, i had actually decided to check up pictures of their stuff online and their menu, seeing the original baby back ribs (award winning) i decided thats what i was going to get that day.

I searched up some pictures of the regular slab and the full slab... below

Regular Slab
Full Slab
With the look of these pictures, you would think the full slab is going to be definitely worth its price... then when i got there, with the mindset of ordering full slab... i asked the waiter when ordering, whats the difference in size between regular and full? He replied, Regular has about 8 to 9 bones, where as full you get about 12 bones... then i knew i have been tried by that photo, that full slab is not 12 bones =(

That my friend was disappointing! lol

Carrying on, the place was not all that high class... much to say, it felt just like a small eatery which the owner has extensively over renovated... i think it could be because of it being on a corner which is not as visible and the side of the restaurant is closed in by clear plastic but that does not really mean anything and it does not really matter because you can have a good meal and a good time anywhere, and it was good.

Everyone had a good time, followed by a good walk around the park which was stationed right next to the restaurant... to settle our stomach full or ribs =P

Final words:
Its not a place you would want to visit often, since its price doesn't exactly match its meals
nor is Hogs breath nor is any other good cuisine really...
As a comparison, I would rather visit Tony Romas than Hogs Breath.

The onion ring, mmmm fatty fats love that stuff =( haha
exactly why it was already ripped apart before a picture could even be taken ><

This was my plate...

The Incredible Hulk

Stev0's Review:

Sadly to say, the first Incredible Hulk movie, was total rubbish, i remember getting a migraine while watching that movie, knowing that this movie was going to be better and knowing also the fact that i love the hulk, that it was going to be somewhat good... well at least to my liking, which it was. Edward Norton being the great actor that he is, i felt he somewhat enhanced the experience... with that said, Liv Tyler i believe also suited her role quite well, although nothing really compared to Edward Norton.

It has been critiqued that it develops quite slow at the start, but i felt that it was necessary to bring out the emotions and pain that Bruce aka "Mr Green" goes through. Like many other people might say, that although this movie isn't exactly in the same league as other superhero movies such as Iron man or batman begins, but it DOES leave fans leaving with a smile on their face AND its definitely up there somewhere. Personally i would say definitely above superman 2.

I definitely give it an 8,
right underneath Iron man which still stands at 8.9ish

Oh just to mention, it was funny really, how the 2nd monster was able to communicate and talk as normal, where as hulk could only groan and moan like a baby in a monster.... from normal Mr Green who is a smart guy by the way and suddenly become a dimwit hulk? It would have been fine if the 2nd monster was also a moaning groaning monster =)

Although that really isn't the crux of the review but just a point that i needed to get off my chest lol, not really but yeah, something like that =S
There really isn't that much to comment on, except for quite a few unintentionally funny scenes. Have you ever had a moment where, the story goes on and suddenly you just felt like laughing because it just seem either absurd or just down right funny? well if you have, thats what i meant by unintentionally funny scenes.

HULK SMASH!!

With that
I bid Goodnight

Devotion

I would like to share with you all, a bit of my devotional material on intercession.

God Seeks Intercessors

From the start, God has among His people intercessors to whose voice He had listened and given deliverance. Here we read of a time of trouble when He sought for an intercessor but in vain. And He wondered! Think of what that means - the amazement of God that there should be none who loved the people enough or who had sufficient faith in His power to deliver, to intercede on their behalf. If there had been an intercessor, He would have given deliverance; without an intercessor, His judgments came down. (See Isaiah 64:7; Ezekiel 22:30-31.)

Of what infinite importance is the place the intercessor holds in the kingdom of God! Is it not indeed a matter of wonder that God should give men such power? Yet there are so few who know what it is to take hold of His strength and pray down His blessing on the world.

Let us try to realize the position. When God had, in His Son, wrought out the new creation and Christ had taken His place on the throne, the work of the extension of His kingdom was given into the hands of men. He ever lives to pray. Prayer is the highest exercise of His royal prerogative as Priest-King upon the throne. All that Christ was to do in heaven was to be in fellowship with His people on earth. In His divine condescension, God has willed that the working of His Spirit will follow the prayer of His people. He waits for their intercession, showing the preparation of heart, to see to what extent they are ready to yield to His Spirit's control.

God rules the world and His church through the prayers of His people. That God should have made the extension of His kingdom so dependent on the faithfulness of His people in prayer is a stupendous mystery and yet an absolute certainty. God calls for intercessors: in His grace He has made His work dependent on them. He waits for them.

The Intercessors God Seeks

Watchmen are ordinarily placed on the walls of a city to give notice to the rulers of coming danger. God appoints watchmen not only to warn men - often they will not hear - but also to summon Him to come to their aid whenever need or enemy may be threatening. The great mark of the intercessors is that they are not to hold their peace day or night, are to take no rest, and are to give God no rest, until the deliverance comes. In faith they may count upon the assurance that God will answer their prayer.

It is of this that our Lord Jesus said, "Shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him" (Luke 18:7). From every land the voice is heard that the church of Christ, under the influence of the power of the world and the earthly mindedness it brings, is losing influence over its members. There is but little proof of God's presence in the conversion of sinners or the holiness of His people. With the great majority of Christians, there is an utter neglect of Christ's call to take a part in the extension of His kingdom. The power of the Holy Spirit is but little experienced.

Amid all the discussions as to what can be done to interest young and old in the study of God's Word or to awaken love for the services of His house, one hears but little of the indispensable necessity of the power of the Holy Spirit in the ministry and the membership of the church. One sees but little sign of the conviction and confession that it is owing to the lack of prayer that the workings of the Spirit are so feeble and that only by united fervent prayer can a change be brought about. If ever there was a time when God's elect should cry day and night to Him, it is now. Will you not offer yourself to God for this blessed work of intercession and learn to count it as the highest privilege of your life to be a channel through whose prayers God's blessing can be brought down to earth?

Hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did, it is a really big reminder that prayer is something so powerful, a real communion to God, a real pleading to God for only He is able to take control of anything.

Operation Zebra

Today i woke up very hazily, being told to wake up, to go for dim sum with my family. Not long after however, we decided to go shopping as its now June, where"Massive Stocktake SALE"'s in the air haha sorry thats been in my head for a while...

We went from place to place looking for different things, one of the main thing on my mother's mind was a blanket for me as winter is heading for us Aussies, see picture below

(you may be wondering why this)
(well i dont know really, searched up "Very Aussie" on Google and this is what I got so bare with me here)

On that note, i would like to share something interesting while searching up this "Very Aussie" phrase... What i'm about to show you may devastate you, as our new Very Aussie leader may have been hiding something from us!

Hiro Rudd!!
If you really think about it its not that surprising
how else is he able to speak mandarin so fluently

This is Preposterous, Outrageous, who put this photo up in Google will need to be destroyed...

Alright, that being said...
back to my epic story...

We weren't able to find anything after all in the city so we headed back for home (Stev0 phone home! O.o lol) Knowing it was Thursday, time for some late night shopping, again for the same thing, we looked around... and around... and around... until my leg nearly got a cramp... Finally, something caught my eye, black and white strips? coool! alright i told my mum ill take it...
After considering awhile, my mum says, its actually pretty soft... not bad...

I ended up home with some Zebra pattern lol
Now im still dazed, have a look for yourself lol

Leaving something Interesting for you all~

Grand Opening of Scooba Steve's Blog

Honestly, I've never really thought about blogging or having a passion to blog or even just wanting to follow the crowd to blog. Most importantly, when blogs was being born, i remember reading "(So & So has started their blog entry, to create your own click here"... then i ask myself what is a blog.. is it like a bogger site? i tried making sense of something that don't make sense, and thats what you end up with, hysterical.

Looking back at myself, i feel like laughing...

Anyhoo, away from the talk of boggers and my high intelligence... i would like to congratulate myself on the opening of this blog, since nobody else is here to witness it with me =(
